Policies
UNCONTAMINATED – Describes materials that are free from: all hazardous substances, paint,creosote, pressure treated lumber, any type of petroleum or petroleum based byproduct, and chemicals.
COOPERATION & HONESTY – Please do not hide unacceptable material on the bottom of the load, or dump unacceptable loads after business hours. Any unauthorized dumping will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This landfill must be operated in compliance with all PA DEP and Township regulations. Loads will be rejected and/or reloaded with the above fees charged, if policies or regulations are violated.
